I have been retired since November 1999 after working in IT departments of Barclays Bank since leaving school. Work relocated to Cheshire from London back in 1976 and we moved to Greater Manchester. Married in Julie 1971 - two grown up sons - Matthew and Andrew. I am recovering (end 2007) from the effects of the chemotherapy used to fight stage two testicular cancer.
It is over year now since the cancer treatment and I am still clear. Check ups have moved from every three months to every four months.
Recently diagnosed with prostate cancer that has moved to my bones. Not curable (yet) but can be managed. PSA count down to 1.1 from 79.9. The hormone therapy seems to be working.
