Mr Frank Lee

Mr Lee. I think he was once a policeman - very tall. He taught the older children. In my first week in his class I was so scared of him - he was very strict. He was the first male teacher we had ever had and he towered over the class. He used to check our finger nails and shoes in the mornings and tell us all we should have a wash every night before we went to bed!!. He also used to bang a ruler on the edge of his desk to get attention. I still remember 'running the gauntlet' in the school gym. I think we used to run around in our pants and vests.!! Needless to say I soon got to like him and he was one of the best teachers I ever had. Another teacher was Mrs Wilson (might have been Miss Baker ?? )she taught the younger classes.

Mr Lee

I remember Mr Lee because he taught the eldest group of children in the school. He was a strict teacher but we respected him. I used to sit among 5 lads and when Mr Lee was chalking on his board with his back to class. When the lads were noisy he would chuck his board duster over his head and get the lad who was being naughty,we never knew how he knew where the lad was sitting.I had Mr Lee for 2 years before I went to high school.

Mrs Turner

One of my favourite teachers from All Saints, was Mrs Turner. I had her in year 5 and year 6. She was very kind and I found her very comforting and easy to talk to.
Over all she was great, and I miss her very much.
