Appears as though I'm the only active member on this site..and

I would like to add the following.

Each and every one of you are responsible for the absolute shambles that appears in front of you now. You're also responsible for the phenominal memories that exist.

I'm sure there's hundreds of people out there reading this and thinking "seen it, done it, read the book etc". Trust me, the 4th, 5th, and 6th year between 1981 and 1983 will never be matched. If you take the Nicol twins, Bobbie Ross etc into the equation and push back a couple of years further and then there's no contest. We were the first 5th years in the history of Belmont academy to lose their conference room. Why? Because we burned it down. Message to Scott Martin (who icidentally is no where to be seen on this web site), remember? I'm not blaming you since we all know who was to blame but you were most definitely a part of the strategic plan

Appologies for anyone who I have missed

David Towle
The negotiator. Fluent in several languages and once got busted for spraying his initials on the outside of the gym wall on the last day of school and couldn't understand why he was under suspiscion. The only writing on the wall at the time "DT 83". Who was the only pupil al Belmont with the initials DT? David Towle. What year did he leave? I'll leave this one open.

Derek Nicol
The general/head of the operations and espionage. Set the scene, directed operations and probably had the most evil twisted mind ever to attend Belmont Academy, although abley assisted by his equally as evil brothers, Kenneth and Alasdair, later to become known as "The twins" . Once invited me to his mum and dad's house. It must have been around 1982-83. I show up wearing a snorkel (remember them, thankfully they were in fashion). Derek appears at his bedroom window and tells me he can't see who it is and to come closer. Man, if only I knew what I knew now !! The next thing I know I'm getting shot with a GAT from his bedroom window. The worst thing was that the snorkel was new. How do you explain that to the folks? Derek was critical to the mission and was our key de-coder.

Brian Nicol
Mission HQ
This was the place where all of the strategic plans were hatched so I guess insome respects if you're looking for someone to blame, Brian would be your man.

Alan Park. Mr motivator. Frequently mucked in in the trenches to ensure that the toops remained occupied. Not sure that they all appreciated Ca plane pour moi, but hey some of us do and still listen to it to this day

Aly-Jo-Fungi Niks (Later defected and became a key player in team strategy and espionage)

Ethel bong
Altough he probably never knew it at the time, probably the mastermind of all of our training exercises. How many times did his head bounce through the roof?

Lurch - Again used for training exercises and gave his all for the cause

Shawsie - Didn't really get involved actually although good to hang from the goal posts by his undies as we talked strategy

For those of you who go unmentioned we thank you for your dedication and commitment to the cause. You will always be remembered.

Mike Scott

Remember Mike Scott well. My friend and his neighbour, Lorna Bruce, and I used to go to their very early gigs. Enjoyed his music than and still enjoy it now in Houston, TX.
