Erected in 1957 to replace the Church of England VP (aided) school of St Ambrose - now the Dry Cleaners. The Log Books from the 1930s were lost by the Head (Mr Lipchap of Flint) c.2007 after being loaned out to a historian for the celebrations. He has many old registers stored at the school in a metal cupboard. The Church maintains good relations with the school.
