I disagree. They need to do more. Go back to the moon, pick up more soil/rocks. It's the only way to learn. It was a wonderful time back then and we should praise the scientists then and now for their innovations and inspiration. Just wish the UK flag was there, too!

Since there is neither light or wind on the moon, where is the light to produce a shadow, or the breeze to fly a flag, coming from ?????

Light = sunlight ( you can see the moon from our planet!) wind - none, it was wired. But if you look carefully, on the corner of the flag you will see that it says"Made in China"
