Yes I remember the great blues club there I saw the Pretty Things there it was a great venue in the 6os and 70s.Sad to see its turned into a motel

use to nick empty bottles off tables and take them back to get the 3 pennys back off them

Great place to see live bands and just to hang out

amazing place they used to roll their joints upon the bar then light up

I remember staying there for a week in 1992 i think. Nice place pity it is surrounded by roads/motorway

Yup great memories of some of the best british R&B. Lived just up the road & started going when it was a Jazz club, but then started getting bands like Alexis Korner, Graham Bond, The Groundhogs, The Pretty Things & many mant more.
