Not very impressive, I'm afraid. I won't be switching from Picasa. Now there is a fully functional service. Why not embed a FR link?

artist and painters group... we have lost most of our photos..where have they gone.
Many people in the group are having trouble accessing... what software do we need to make the site work properly, 'cos it is so slow.

I still cannot see the pics I've put on. I enquired why more than aa year ago and was told (EVENTUALLY) that the system would be improved. I know you and others can see the pcs, but I still cannot!

I still cannot see any of the pics I have put onto my profile. I asked more than a year ago about why they did not show up and finally received a long reply about how the system was going to be improved. When will I be able to see any of the photos I've gone to the trouble of putting on?

I don't like your new tagging system! The tags overlap each other it makes it extremely difficult to see who is who. Also, once the tags are in place it's very difficult to getr rid of them - I'm having trouble getting one tag on its own. The old system was good in as much as I could point on a person name in the tagged list and automatically the photo would highlight the tagged person. I'm ususally quite computer literate but with this system I feel as thick as clotted cream. Joy Dickinson Landells

Not been able to edit or delete photos since the change. you've done some editing for me at your end, thanks, otherwise you've not answered my emails other than to send me the same old frustrating automated responses to my questions. The site has made a huge mistake here, a backward step.....and the black background.....awful!!!!!!!

Like the look of it, but maybe I'm being thick, I can't click on a persons name under their pic to go to their profile. So how do I find them?
