My grandfather, Daniel George Johns, helped to carve the bas relief on this building.

worked in driving licence centre in building 1955. Used to issue licences every year at 5 Shillings

I used to work in that building...Baskerville House....many moons ago....good memories...
btw...I know its picky, but I thought the other landmark was kmown as "the hall of memory"... not memories....anyone know for sure?

My grandfather died in WW1 and his name is in the remberence book which used to be held in the hall of memories
