A stylish new sports car from Leyland Cars - the two seater TR7 - was launched in the UK. The car with its high standard of passenger accommodation, scored major successes in the US, clocking up sales worth 24 million for Britain. The 2-litre overhead cam engine provides acceleration at 0-60 in just over 9 seconds, top speed of 110 mph and touring fuel consumption of about 30mpg.

I had a blue one in the 1980's .Was great but very rusty !! Good memories.Wish I had kept it and done it up,be worth loads now !! :))
