The information with this picture says that it was an engineering headquarters of some kind. There are sandbags stacked against it to protect it from enemy attacks.
Sand bags to protect the entrance from shell splinters/blast......judging by the lack of damage to the structure and surrounding trees it would be some way behind the lines....
