Surgeon Austen Smith, senior surgical registrar at the Royal London Hospital's mouth, face and jaw unit, who said at today's (Sat) news conference, that many of the victims from last night's bomb attack could suffer psychological stress. Mr Smith, who worked from 10pm last night to 4am today on four victims of the attack, said: The problem with these glass injuries is that they can cause multiple cuts to the face with smaller fragments of glass within them.
