About me

Lived in Sandhurst, Berkshire, until 1979 (age 8) and then moved to North Leverton, Nottinghamshire, until I was 18 when I left for the bright lights and heady heights of... Nottingham.

Worked in IT for Boots for 13 years before being outsourced to IBM, where I worked as a Problem Manager (which is managing problems, rather than being a pain-in-the-arse manager. Although both may be true), still at Boots. I was then in-sourced back to Boots (you can't have too much of a good thing. Apparently) and have celebrated not moving from the site (whichever company I'm working for) for 20 years.

Have a baby girl and a much older girl from a previous marriage.
