Alastair Douglas-Hamilton (left) and his cousin Lord James Douglas-Hamilton who were both at the court of the Lord Lyon in Edinburgh today (Thursday) where they are in competition for the ancient title of Earl of Selkirk. The case began with death of the 10th Earl of Selirk in 1994.
