I was working in Great Portland Street in an office above the show room opened by Twiggy in about 1966

I worked nearby and one lunch time watched a whole fashion show at the showrooms which left me late for work but it was worth it.

In 1971 I sat in on a recording session at AIR London Studios where Twiggy and Roger Cook recorded "Zoo De Zoo Zong." My father Jack Clegg engineered the session on the mixing desk. Here is a list of Twiggy's recordings: http://www.twiggylawson.co.uk/recordings.html
She used to come into the Zanzibar Coffee House in Neasden after school with her friend. Her friend had a photo album and wanted Leslie Hornby ,as Twiggy was then known, to go with her round agencies. It was Twiggy that became famous as we all know.
