Furby 1998 to 2012

An interactive pet, launched by Bandai in the late October of 1998, it became the must-have gift for any child of 3-years-old that year...

I am a Pentioner, and still have the original Furby, I find the new ones are not so friendly looking. I may start to get it to talk soon, he has been very Quiet for a long time. Anything to help you smile, especially if you get two or more together. Be Happy

I,ve just purchased a Furby from Fenwicks at Newcastle, £60 it cost....Xmas present for my daughter. I don't really remember them in the 90,s, but they seem good fun, just hope my little girl enjoys it as much as we did playing with it in the shop!

This bleeding thing was the bane of my life when my daughter was small, she had two and adored them totally as if they were real pets and she'd get up in the middle of the night to talk to them..........must admit, I did warm to them after a while (especially when the batteries died down!!!)
