HMS Chatham 1997

HMS Chatham, a type 22 Frigate, sails into Victoria harbour today (Monday) before berthing alongside British Forces HQ, where she will remain until the handover of British sovereignty, on 30th June. She will assist the British garrison in the last stages of its withdrawal from the territory and her ship's company will provide some of the Royal Navy honour guard at the final ceremonies.
