I remember Innes in the 50's when my dad used to take me to Aintree, Silverstone, Mallory Park etc and having great fun with another driver' Paul Emery who used to race his own formulae 1 car (an Emeryson) . He was based in Twickenham, opposite my grandparents house. I also remember a Yacht Broker in Gibraltar (in the 80's-90's) telling me he had an enquiry from 'Ireland Innes' regarding a yacht we had put up for sale!.
