Surrogate mother Kim Cotton, with the twins she carried called Alice and Oliver Nelson. Cotton, who was the first publically-known British surrogate mother, today (Tuesday) applauded the decision to offer the service on the NHS saying that "the decision would allow many more infertile copuples to become parents".
