I didn't attend the concert in person, but, having been working in Spain for a year, returned to have to totally refurbish my flat, carrying e.g. rolls of wallpaper through Glasgow streets ankle-deep in endless rain. For a rest, I visited my ex-wife and daughters, to find them all engrossed (as I soon was, also) in the Live Aid concert on TV, with the amazing fact of Phil Collins, courtesy of Concorde, performing 'Something in the air' at both the London and New York concerts. Plus B. Becker!.

I saw the Live Aid concert on television. I am a massive Status Quo fan. It was great to see them perform after they spilt in 1984.
