A touch of wedded bliss today (Monday) for the disc jockey Kenny Everett, 24, as he nestles under the floppy hat worn by his lace-dressed bride Audrey Middleton, known as the singer Lady Lee.
I remember working with Kenny (Maurice) at the Journal of Commerce newspaper office, Liverpool, before he became a DJ. He would be about 19. He was a nice guy and very gifted.

Kenny was my favourite DJ of all time ! I first heard him with Kenny and Cash on Pirate radio, I thought ,they were brilliant !! I won a competition On radio 1 with " Beat the Intro" I think it was called and spoke to him !!! AAaahhh...... happy days !
