Mo Mowlam Adress Unionist Conference 1995

The Labour Party spokesperson on Northern Ireland, Dr.Mo Mowlam addresses a fringe meeting at the Ulster Unionist Party's conference in Portrush today (Saturday). She is the first Labiur party spokesperson to address the Unionist conference.
