My aunty lived around the corner in sparling street, some names i remember , was george baxter whos parents had the butchers shop in park lane , mick williams who lived in sparling street, and also paul rodrequez sorry if i spelt that wrong , who also lived in sparling street , i used to drink in the lord de tabley along with the other good pubs that used to be in park lane, lads i knew were lawrence mcguiness , peter murphy, colin yang

i attended st vincents junior school just over the road , teachers i remember mr shannon
mrs duffy mr minain, the sisters one really good at football, were have all those years gone
Most of the lads i knew lived in kent gardens or around there ,Would be grate to hear from anyone with memories of that time .
