Paul Hardcastle arrives for 19 Management's private party celebrating 19 years in business, at the Royal Albert Hall in central London. The company, set up by pop guru Simon Fuller, has had succes with groups the Spice Girls and S Club 7, and more recently Will Young and Kelly Clarkson from the Pop Idol reality TV show.
