I remember Whirligig and Mr Turnip and I think it was presented by Humphrey Lestoquc !! Funny spelling !!

Other favourites about that time were Billy Bunter of Greyfriars School , Knights in Armour Muffin the mule with Annette Mills, Andy Pandy and Teddy and Looby Lou! And I seem to remember a singing cowboy and a goofy Horse puppet !
