How big and much more tasty the shrimps used to be when I was a child. I even have to admit buying them by the box from cash & carry using my parents card.

The Pink Shrimps which I loved used to be made by Barratts, in my hometown Royston, Herts. I always looked forward to the days when these were being made as their delicious smell would hang over the town all day. Likewise, when the Sweet Cigarettes were being produced.

Quite agree that the pink shrimps were much bigger and tastier in the 1960s.
