Forces FriendsReunited success stories
John's forces reunion story:
Mike and I served in the army together, him in the Queens Royal Irish Hussars and me in the REME attached to this regiment. We got to know each other on patrols into the desert in Sharjah in the Persian Gulf then at a later date in Brunei, Borneo, where we spent two weeks up river living in the long huts with the Ebans and Dyaks which was an experience of a life time never to be forgotten. Just got back in touch after 47 years absence and will meet up at an army reunion this February
Michelle’s forces reunion story:
Griff and I were inseparable at the Army camp we were both serving at in Germany back in 1995. Sadly though, just before I left the army, he was posted to Bosnia and I have spent the last 8 years desperately trying to find him. Now Griff and I have been reunited and he is coming down to Cornwall to meet me next week. We are both ecstatic that we have found each other after all this time.
