Royalty - Death of King George VI - London 1952

Through sombre crowds lining sodden streets, King George VI came back to his capital from Sandringham to lie in State in Westminster Hall until his funeral. The draped coffin is carried from the train at Kings Cross Station in London. On the coffin rests a wreath from the widowed Queen Mother and the Imperial State Crown.
