Edward Edwards, of Bontddu, Merrioneth, Wales, at the overgrown pit head of Clogau St David's gold mine, which he worked for many years. The mine was traditionally linked with Royal wedding rings. It was Clogau which supplied the gold for the wedding rings of the Queen, Princess Margaret, Princess Anne, and Princess Diana.
