SALE bubble car 1958

Nicholas John Johnston and his bride Susanna Maria Chancellor in the bubble car which they received as a wedding present. Canadian bubble gum magnate, Bruce Weiner, 38, loved the tiny cars so much he collected 43 of them as well as hundreds of toy models which will be sold by Christie's in London on March 6. The collection includes the Tg500 Messerschmitt Tiger which can reach 100mph. Two of the Tiger models are in the sale and are expected to fetch up to 18,000 each.
