SOCIAL Cheesecake 2005

Cheesemaker Briony Copsey, 32, with one of her wedding cakes made from organic fresh soft cheese at Well Bargains Farm, near Cadeleigh, Devon, Friday September 23, 2005. The farmer's daughter makes around 100 small cheeses a week at her production plant attached to her parents' dairy farm and has now produced a dozen of the alternative wedding cakes. The first cheesecake was made for a friend's wedding and was a traditionally styled three tier cake flavoured with the selection of herbs she uses in her cheeses - dill, paprika, chives, garlic, parsley and pepper.
